The Sessions Event

Paul Quin was a panelist at The Sessions event that was held at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 26, 2013.

Guest panelists included Christine Ohlman (Vocalist/Musicologist), Mike Esneault (Pianist/Composer), and Ray Fransen (Performer/Teacher).

Dom Famularo (Drummer/Author), Joe Hibbs (Artist Relations/Product Development), Carlos Guzman (Production Tour Manager) and Liberty Devitto (Drummer/Recording Artist) completed the panel. Topics discussed included marketing, networking, artist relations, self-promotion, entertainment law and performance fundamentals.

Rich Redmond, Drummer/Producer/Songwriter


Rich Redmond recently visited Saxon Gilmore to meet with Paul Quin, a partner at the firm who specializes in Entertainment law.  Rich, drummer/producer/songwriter, has toured with Jason Aldean, Ludacris, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan and many more entertainers. 



He will appear at CRASH Course for Success, Drummer Weekend in Nashville, Tennessee on November 1-3, 201.  This 3-day event focuses on drumming technique, chart reading, networking, and more.  Guest panelists from the current top tours and sessions will be brought in to teach and serve on the Pro Panel to answer questions about recording, working with top artists, and playing in front of thousands of fans.  For more information about this event, go to http://richredmond.com.

Paul Quin, interviewed on CBS Radio


Paul Quin, entertainment attorney, was interviewed by Alisa Zee of CBS Radio. Mr. Quin discussed the business aspects of the music industry. It is important to know how to market yourself, network with industry executives and protect yourself from a business and legal perspective. Guitar Center Musician’s Expo
